About Kate

"I have been working as a case manager at Cognoscere Therapy, with Dr Belinda Shepherd, since 2017.  My background qualification is in speech pathology. Since 1994, I have had a role as a case manager in a variety of  community rehabilitation settings. My focus has been on assisting people with cognitive difficulties and dual diagnoses. I have enjoyed working in Greater Sydney, rural areas of NSW and Scotland, UK.  

Cognoscere Therapy collaborates with the client, family and treating team to help work towards attainment of client-centred and personally meaningful goals. We enable people to see their potential and create opportunities for their futures by taking time to understand their situation, needs, concerns and timing for change."
