Request a Certificate of Currency

A Certificate of Currency has important info about your insurance, like your business name, ABN, wages, industry classification (WIC), and the number of workers covered. It also confirms that your workers' insurance policy is up-to-date.

Where to find it

You'll get a copy of your Certificate of Currency in the renewal pack six weeks before your policy renews. If you need a new one or have to update details due to changes in your business, call us at 13 44 22 and we'll help you out.

Instant Confirmation

Use our online Employer Lookup tool for quick confirmation of your workers' insurance cover with icare. It's a fast way to make sure your insurance is in place and you can keep working.

Keep in mind

While Employer Lookup confirms your insurance cover, it won't show details like wages, WIC, or employee numbers. For those, refer to your Certificate of Currency in your renewal pack.

When you might need it

As an employer, you might be asked to provide a Certificate of Currency to prove your insurance is current. For example, when an employer is asked for a Certificate of Currency to allow their staff to have access to a work site.
