"I have worked as Social Worker within Central West NSW across various human services, providing case management, assessment, counselling, service management, education and support coordination.

I have extensive experience working as a social worker since 1992 in disability – people with multiple and complex needs, and human service management - working with Australia's leading government and non-government agencies in both the public and private sectors.

As a Social Worker with Integrity Therapy Services, I am part of a team of professionals that deliver best practice, innovative clinical social work and specialist case management with a proven track record for exceptional service delivery, in line with ethical and professional standards of the Australian Association of Social Workers.

I am committed to striving for excellence in the field of complex case management and have a special interest in the field of trauma-informed care practice and childhood brain plasticity. I have demonstrated my strength in addressing psychosocial needs and have the expertise to assess, individuals and families, and understand the importance of building positive working relationships while guiding them towards positive outcomes.

I have extensive experience working with people with mental health, complex behaviours, trauma counselling, drug and alcohol support services, acquired disabilities and the family/carers of these people.
