"I am an occupational therapist and rehabilitation case manager who has worked in both hospital and community-based rehabilitation settings. I have extensive experience in neurorehabilitation, having worked alongside people with acquired brain injuries since 2013. I have a sound knowledge of the inpatient rehabilitation process as well as the complexities of transitioning to community living with ongoing rehabilitation goals.

I have extensive experience working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to support participants to work towards agreed rehabilitation goals following a life-changing injury. I am person-centred in my approach and my communication style is open and respectful. I have extensive experience working in complex case planning ie. mitigating risks of miscommunication and/or following up agreed action plans, by keeping appropriate records and open lines of communication. I view the role of the case manager as being critical to ensuring participants have the information and tools available to them to achieve their personal goals and health outcomes."
