About Anna

"I am a tertiary-qualified rehabilitation counsellor with extensive experience as a case manager, care coordinator, and vocational assessor across government and insurance industries in Australia and the United Kingdom. I have worked as a case manager for over 20 years, supporting individuals with an injury or disability to identify and work towards their goals, reconnect with the community and re-build their independence. 

I have worked within the catastrophic injury sector for over a decade, with a particular focus on supporting individuals who have sustained a traumatic brain injury to resume their family, social, and vocational activities in a meaningful manner.

I provide holistic, client-centred services within a biopsychosocial approach. I focus on developing effective relationships with the client, their family and stakeholders to ensure a coordinated and collaborative approach is taken within the stakeholder team. 

Within the icare Lifetime Care service, I support individuals with identifying their needs and strengths to collaboratively develop a plan to achieve their goals. I focus on effective, evidence-based interventions to support my clients' progress throughout their rehabilitation. 

I have specific experience in providing rehabilitation and case management services to young adults, people from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds, veterans, and individuals with comorbid mental illnesses, including post-traumatic stress disorder and drug and alcohol dependency."
