About Warhorse Disability Support Services
Warhorse Disability Support Services (WHDSS) was founded in November 2017 to bring our Director’s Paolo Rossi vision and valued years of experience to those in need. The name 'Warhorse' was inspired by Paolo’s passion for horses and the belief in the historic military concept of a Warhorse, which the business embodies proudly with passion.
Warhorse Disability is determined to provide services to improve the lives of our participants and work tirelessly like a Warhorse, always tailoring our services to the participant and never giving up on helping them achieve their goals.
Our participants encompass a diverse range of backgrounds and support needs, from the simple to the more complex. Warhorse works with participants and their families to devise an individualised support plan to meet their needs, goals and preferences.

Our team
We are a registered NDIS provider and accredited ACIS 4.0 (Australian Community Industry Standard) from ACIA (Australian Community Industry Alliance) provider.
All our workers have industry experience and/or qualifications in disability or aged care, have been screened and are trained to provide the best possible service for the participants needs. Many on our team have countless years experience in the care industry, including complex care such as spinal cord injury and acquired brain injury care.
All participants have access to a dedicated contact and 24/7 on-call for emergencies and support care.

South West Sydney (Bankstown, Liverpool, Fairfield, Campbelltown, Camden), Penrith, Wollongong, Wollondilly and Southern Highlands Local Government Areas.
