The importance of sleep
Sleep is a critical factor to your health and wellbeing. We've developed a range of resources to help businesses promote good sleep and manage fatigue risks with their staff.
Fatigue can result from work rosters not aligning to the natural circadian rhythm (sleep/wake body timing) of people, making it difficult to get to sleep.
These resources will help employers understand the risk and implement strategies to reduce its impact.
