About Donna

"I am an occupational therapist/case manager with an extensive work history in regional and remote areas in Victoria and southern NSW. Raised on a rural property, I understand the rural experience and over the years, I have developed networks of like-minded clinicians throughout the region. For the best transition of support, my service begins during the discharge planning process, including significant liaison with doctors and treating teams in the larger metropolitan hospitals and rehabilitation facilities.

The use of telehealth services increases the ability to have increased contact with treating teams & individuals and families, aiming to ensure a smooth transition home. In the absence of abundant resources, I have developed a tool kit of creative ways to support rural clients, their families, and their local community with goal achievement. I am the sole trader of Rehab101, which has been operating for ten years. I pride myself on providing a person-centred service and maintaining a consistent professional development program which ensures staying abreast of current research and best practice strategies."
