As the Australian Government has enacted the coronavirus (COVID-19) Emergency Response Plan, at Lifetime Care and Workers Care we are taking necessary action to support participants, workers and service providers working with us.

Telehealth

We understand that COVID-19 has made it more difficult for participants and workers in Lifetime Care and Workers Care to access health and therapy services. You can now access some medical and health appointments via phone or video call.

COVID-19 vaccination

We are continually monitoring the advice from NSW Health. Current advice is that all providers who deliver face-to-face services to Lifetime Care and Workers Care participants and workers will be required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
