If you used to work in a dusty environment in NSW, contact us about free lung health checks. Simply call us on 1800 550 027 or email us at lungscreen@icare.nsw.gov.au between 9am and 5pm, Monday-Friday.
Clinic location
The DDC Health Screening Clinic address is 321 Kent Street, Sydney. Our friendly Concierge will greet your workers at the front desk on the ground floor and direct them to the Clinic.
Prepare for an appointment
To prepare for an appointment at the DDC Health Screening Clinic, please:
- Complete the Worker Respiratory Questionnaire and provide it to icare at least 10 days before your appointment
