The Liability declaration form assists icare in understanding the activities and potential risks and exposures of your agency.
Exposures include professional advice your agency provides, contractor services that you engage for services or that provide advice on your agency’s behalf, any products that you distribute, pollution exposure and construction liabilities that your agency may carry.

The following help guide documents and videos are specifically designed to help you complete your Liability, Cyber and Health Global Liability declarations.
The videos are broken down into two sections - Agency Activities and Product Liability, as these are generally delegated to different people in your organisation. These are the main sections where we found agencies required assistance to complete.
Please reference the help guide documents for the most up to date support to our declaration questions. Any new and altered questions which have not been shown in the videos, have been noted in the video description, however the principle of how to declare demonstrated in the videos has not changed.
