Westpac remittance advice changes

From 7 April 2021, Westpac process enhancements will change the way our customers receive their email remittance advice.

icare customers and suppliers who receive remittance advices from Westpac, will no longer receive an email with a document attached.

Westpac will now send and email with a link to a secure payment portal. These emails are now issued from the domain: 'example@yourremittance.com.au.'
