Interim Establishment Report for Improvement Program released
An Interim Establishment Report on icare's Improvement Program, prepared by independent assurer, Promontory Australia, has been released on icare's website.
The report is Promontory's first report on the establishment of icare's Improvement Program to help ensure icare addresses recommendations made by the icare and State Insurance and Care Governance Act 2015 Independent Review Report by the Hon Robert McDougall QC (McDougall Review) and deliver long term improvement at icare.
This is key part of icare's commitment to improve icare's operations, performance, culture, risk and governance, to ensure better outcomes for our customers, our people and our schemes.
Promontory will produce a full Establishment Report in February 2022 along with its first Quarterly report on the progress of icare’s improvement Program, which will also be published on this website.
