icare selects new legal service provider panel for General Lines
The General Lines stream of cover is part of the Treasury Managed Fund which is managed by Insurance for NSW. It covers legal liability, motor vehicle and property as well as other miscellaneous areas.
icare has announced providers for its legal services panel for General Lines claims. The panel will manage matters across seven primary streams with sub-streams for employment and general claims. The new structure will provide choice and the right expertise on legal matters for NSW Government agencies.

These providers were selected through an open procurement process. The procurement process involved consultation with agencies and was overseen by external procurement consultants and probity advisers.
Contracts for this panel commenced on 1 July 2021 and details will be disclosed on the NSW eTendering website within 45 days from that date as per NSW Government guidelines.
