In this 30-minute session we talk through what to expect following a workplace psychological injury.
You'll hear about the various stages of a claim, as well as tips for the best ways to respond and support both your injured worker and workforce. You'll also hear about how different approaches to a claim by an employer can lead to very different outcomes.
