Chris Bertuch

Chris is a senior executive and leader with over 30 years' experience spanning corporate strategy, legal, corporate affairs and governance. He has been part of the senior executive team in ASX50 listed financial services and manufacturing companies and as a partner in a major law firm.

His professional experience, supported by formal training, including at Harvard Business School, makes him a trusted advisor to boards and senior management on all strategic, commercial, legal and governance issues and corporate decision making. He has a proven track record of anticipating and successfully managing complex legal, regulatory and commercial situations.

Prior to joining icare, Chris held the position of Group General Counsel & Company Secretary with IAG and CSR Limited and also a partner at Gadens Lawyers.
