Promontory named as Improvement Program Independent Assurer
icare today announced the selection of Promontory Australia, as Independent Assurer on the progress of its Improvement Program.
Key to the appointment, following an open market selection process, was Promontory Australia’s experience in assurance of large-scale reform in financial services.
Work will start immediately, with an Interim Establishment Report by Promontory Australia to be published in December 2021 on icare’s website. From March 2022, quarterly reports on our progress will also be published on our website.
icare’s Improvement Program is a comprehensive program of reform and remediation focusing on three key areas: improving risk and governance to meet community and regulatory expectations; improving performance, particularly getting injured workers back to work sooner and reducing internal costs; and driving an accountable culture.
