About Rachel

"I have extensive clinical experience working with adults following severe traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, burns and amputations. I have worked as an occupational therapist and rehabilitation case manager since 2011. Within these roles, I have developed clinical expertise in functional and cognitive assessment and retraining, complex equipment prescription, upper limb management, provision and evaluation of rehabilitation treatment plans and carer training.

At Wise OT Solutions, my colleagues and I provide community-based occupational therapy and case management services for clients with severe injuries. I am is reliable, proficient and an excellent communicator. I am passionate about working closely with clients and their support networks to ensure goals are person-centred, realistic, and meaningful following their accident or injury."
