About Lucia

"I have been working as a case manager for people with acquired brain injury and spinal cord injury since 2014, providing services to individuals diagnosed with a brain and/or spinal cord injury.

I am also a Qualified Social Worker. I provide a person-centred approach to assist individuals achieve their goals enabling them to live as independently as possible in the community; working together with the individual, their family as well as with the multidisciplinary team involved, ensuring good coordination of services.

I am a team player, who works very closely with other professionals and services providers involved in the rehabilitation and treatment of individuals. I have experience working with high complex clients, who present behavioural difficulties, mental health, domestic violence, and dysfunctional family dynamics. I work with young adults, adults, and elderly, having great skills to engage and establish good working relationships which assist obtaining better outcomes. I have been working within the therapeutic and counselling modalities, demonstrating excellence in facilitating complex family meetings, training, and case management.
