"Karmen has been working as a case manager for over 15 years. She has provided case management services through Worker’s Compensation, Life Insurance, CTP, DVA and Defence. Through these schemes Karmen has extensive experience working with a wide range of complex disabilities.
Karmen utilises a person-centered approach to ensure clients can identify and meet their individual goals. She has extensive experience working with clients who have both primary and secondary mental health conditions.
