About Gemma
"I have worked in neurological rehabilitation since 2006 and I have been providing case management services since 2013. My case management clients have included people with brain injury, spinal cord injury, blindness and amputations, who are part of either Lifetime Care or Workers Care.
My approach to case management is person-centred. I listen to what you would like to achieve and then support you to find the best way to achieve it.
I have extensive experience working within funding schemes and can provide you with guidance to navigate these systems. As a case manager, my goal is always to help you to reach the point where you no longer need a case manager!"
