"As an occupational therapist, I have always been driven to assist people address barriers in a collaborative manner so they can live as independently as possible. I have a strong focus on delivering quality services and positive outcomes whilst recognising the distinct and varying functional needs and goals that each individual service requires.

I’m experienced in working in several health sectors and understand the importance of assessing and taking a holistic service approach within the guiding framework I am operating within.

Since 2006 I have delivered high-quality services within vocational rehabilitation and occupational therapy related services for clients with complex needs. I am skilled in physical rehabilitation, catastrophic injuries, home visiting, mental health and aged care. With substantial experience working with family members and participants with a range of injuries, illnesses and presentations, including co-morbid and complex diagnoses and clients with primary or secondary trauma / trauma-related conditions or barriers.

I work together with multidisciplinary treating teams to explore suitable housing and complex home assessments / modifications and attendant care assessments for spinal cord injuries, PTSD and traumatic brain injury presentations.

As a qualified functional independence measure assessor, I provide recommendations which inform long term care / case funding.

I keep up to date with any new research or services that will assist me deliver best practices services."
