About us

At leaders care we are passionate in delivering exceptional disability, attended care and out of hospital care services. For participants of low to high complex support needs, including people requiring partial and full physical assistance with activities of daily living.  

We have a diverse team of Support Workers & Registered Nurses, Endorsed Enrolled Nurses, Certificate 3 and 4 in Disabilities/Community Care. To deliver tailored quality services including:

  • community access, social and civic activities

We are experts in supporting people with complex and high support need, including acquired brain injury, spinal cord injury, limb difference, blindness and low vision. Our team of is trained and qualified to provide support to people with cognitive and behavioural support needs.

In addition, we offer interesting group activities, such as Aboriginal art & culture sessions, Art, Music and Dance activities, outdoor yoga, life skill sessions, sensory activities, and excursions.
