JB Care provide clinical care and personal support that is tailored to our participants individual needs. Together, we aim to encourage and support our participants to live their best lives and to achieve their personal goals.
JB Care provides professionally qualified support workers alongside registered specialist nurses who provide participant specific training to meet the needs of our participants.
JB Care are proud to support our participants to build their independence and gain community access with our Day Program and speciality rooms, Supported Independent Living (SIL) housing and support coordination.
