Supporting people with spinal cord injury to live their best life since 1961.

About Us

Forward is here to help people living with spinal cord injury to live a life that matters to them. Our focus is on supporting them to achieve any goal they set themselves.

We lead the way in providing quality and safe supports, using evidence-based, best practice and person-centred supports which are individualised to a person’s goals.

Forward has a robust Quality Framework which prioritises listening to the people who choose Forward as their service provider, using feedback to continuously improve the way in which we work, and providing quality training and support to our staff.

We work closely with various funding schemes, government groups, medical and educational institutions and community groups to help ensure the best outcomes for people living with spinal cord injury and the community.

Forward holds the following accreditations: Australian Community Industry Standard (ACIS 4.0), ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems, and NDIS Practice Standards 2018.
