About Your Nursing Agency 

Your Nursing Agency provides experienced nursing and health care staff for a range of settings and needs across Australia. This includes acute hospitals, residential aged care, and direct care (including attendant care) in the community, for people living with disabilities.

Our attendant (or personal) care services prioritise individualized, person-centred care, providing participants and their families with a sense of agency and empowerment.

We ensure that our services are tailored to the unique needs of each participant while maintaining a non-intrusive approach. In addition, all participants benefit from the involvement of a Registered Nurse to oversee YNA’s attendant care team.

100 per cent Australian owned and operated, we are accredited to the Attendant Care Industry Standard 2013 and ISO 9001:2018, and also maintain Corporate membership of ANRA (Association of Nursing Recruitment Agencies) and APNS (Association of Private Nursing Services).

YNA assists with a wide range of supports designed to meet your individual needs and circumstances, including:

  • Personal/attendant care (regularly provided under the supervision or delegation of nurses)
  • Nursing and support for people with complex health needs in the home
  • Support to access community engagements and appointments/transport
  • Cognitive and behavioural support services
  • 24/7 live-in care
  • Respite care

Our team

All YNA staff undergo a rigorous recruitment and screening process, including completing relevant competencies before being placed in nursing, support or attendant care roles. They are all fully qualified and highly experienced in the roles they fill. All staff hold criminal history clearances, Working With Children Checks, NDIS Working Screening Clearance, first aid and manual handling qualifications. All YNA nurses hold current AHPRA registration.

Our phones are manned 24/7, so all calls will be answered – no matter what time of the day or day of the week.
