ADS Care consistently demonstrates our ability to manage services throughout New South Wales. Our experienced coordinators and management have made key contributions to the business growth over the last 10 years. Systems and processes have been implemented under a continuous improvement model to ensure more efficient service deliveries. Our stakeholder feedback results confirm that ADS Care service users remain long term.

ADS Care strengths are imbedded into our operating model where communication, stakeholder engagement, case management and service delivery are at the core of our business.

Our core capabilities as a service provider are ensuring that our support staff have the required capabilities, including specific technical knowledge and behaviour management skills to support participants.

ADS Care’s process in establishing service support needs, includes but is not limited to person centred consultation tools conducted at initial meetings. The tool identifies and document service provision requirements, the capability of staff required, goals and skill development.  Risk assessments are completed for the individual requiring services and the working environment.

ADS Care maintains the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system ShiftCare for records management for staff, service users, rostering, compliance, service information, staff competencies, invoicing and reporting. The system is used in the office for day-to-day management of service provisions and for support staff on the field (mobile phone App) to retrieve service details. Staff provide shift notes, feedback and incident reporting through the App. The privacy of our service users is critical and staff access to service users details are controlled and monitored regularly.

For complex services or where applicable, ADS Care use a range of data collection methods for identifying areas of concern and working on continuous improvement modelling for both individual services and for the organisation as a whole. Data analysis is conducted on a regular basis, and results shared with case managers and treating team to review ongoing services.

After-hours practices include a monitored 24-hour phone line, available for service users and support staff can access 24/7. Emergency procedures and service management documents are available to staff through a ‘Document Hub’ on ShiftCare.

ADS Care will onboard staff with specific capabilities for appropriate service delivery. The recruitment process ensures compliance and probity checks are conducted prior to starting. Orientation for staff is done for company policies and procedures followed by participant specific training for service and further training as required.

ADS Care looks to support service users holistically with their rehabilitation process under the guidance of the case manager and the treating team.
