Integrated OH&S Solutions Pty Ltd (IOHASS) was established in July 2004 to support and provided independent OH&S (WHS) coaching and consultancy services to businesses. It is a sole consultancy company supporting the mum and dad businesses as well as bigger businesses. It is operated by Rowan Russell.

As a member of the Australian Institute of Health and Safety and a Certified OHS Practitioner Rowan is focused on delivering and supporting businesses and projects to achieve safe workplaces in line with the various legislative, client, business & project requirements.

Rowan has a Mechanical Engineering & Safety background supported by skills in human resource management & project management with over 30 years' experience working with business and delivering projects in the water, sewerage, rail, road, building, quarrying and construction sectors. Rowan has been involved in the many Infrastructure projects completing safety audits, incident investigations and site monitoring as part of various Project management teams.

Rowan is able to work across all industries and business areas applying the principals of hazard identification and management supported by management system development skills and following up with the auditing of those management systems.
