Leah is a Non-Executive Director with experience in the financial services and health sectors.
Leah is the Chair of IIG Solar Asset Trust Pty Ltd, Chair of the Risk Committee and a Non-Executive Director on the Board of ColCap Financial Pty Limited, and Forager Funds.
She also serves as a Member of the Audit and Risk Committee of the Sydney Local Health District and was previously a member of the Audit and Risk Committee of Legal Aid NSW, a member of the NSW Justice Audit and Risk Committee and the Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee of Western NSW Local Health District.
Leah was previously a Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel/Company Secretary in a range of Financial Services, Technology and Industrial companies.
She has a Bachelor of Laws (with honors) and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Melbourne, an MBA from AGSM a joint school of the University of Sydney/University of New South Wales and an Executive Certificate from MIT Sloan.
She is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Governance Institute of Australia.
