About Sofie
"I am an occupational therapist and I work with people with severe injuries. I graduated in 2000 and since this time I have held both clinical and managerial positions. I enjoy working with participants to achieve optimal outcomes.
I am inclusive of family, carers and other treating health professionals involved with the participant. I provide timely services including case management, coordinating treatment, arranging attendant care and, planning return to school and/or return to work."
