About Rebecca
"Thrive Occupational Therapy provides quality case management and occupational therapy services to the north and mid-north coast of NSW including Coffs Harbour, Grafton, Yamba, Ballina, and surrounding areas. Rebecca is based in our Grafton office.
Our case management services focus on facilitating treatment, rehabilitation and care that enable participants to maximise their capacity for independent living and return to their previous life roles. We have been working with Lifetime Care participants and their families since 2009. We also understand the complexities of living in regional or rural areas and have an exceptional working knowledge of local services and providers.
Rebecca has been working as an occupational therapist and case manager since 1998. Rebecca is very knowledgeable about case management processes and is passionate about working with participants to develop individualised programs that assist them to achieve their goals."
