"...I am an experienced Occupational Therapist, having worked since graduation in 1995 in a variety of settings, including hospital, community and not for profit, medicolegal and rehabilitation. I continue to work with clients with a range of conditions and disabilities including traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, orthopaedic injuries, chronic pain and psychological conditions, providing comprehensive case management and occupational therapy services within Lifetime Care, Workers Care, and Compulsory Third Party Insurance schemes.
I am passionate about assisting my clients and their families/significant others with improving health and rehabilitation outcomes, optimising purpose, independence and participation in daily activities, and enhancing quality of life after injury or illness. I have worked as a Lifetime Care approved case manager since 2012.
As a case manager, my focus is on empowerment, client centred goal setting and proactive management to ensure a well-coordinated treatment and rehabilitation plan within scheme guidelines, working closely with medical, allied health and attendant care providers. I offer empathy, patience and flexibility of approach, with strong clinical experience to enable clients and their families/significant others to achieve the best possible outcomes..."
