About Meaghan
"I have practiced as an occupational therapist since 1997 across a broad range of clinical areas including three years with a specialist rural brain injury service. I have also worked as an approved case manager with icare participants since 2012 in both the public and private sectors. This has included provision of case management services for adult participants with complex needs including traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, visual impairments and burns.
As a case manager I aim to facilitate access to treatment, rehabilitation services and care to allow participants to pursue and achieve their goals and re-engage with their chosen life roles and activities at all stages of their rehabilitation.
I am committed to providing quality case management services with a focus on open communication, timely actions, building a trusting relationship with the participant and collaborative working with the participant and their rehab team."
