Danielle McGlone
Inclusion Rehab and Disability
About Danielle
"I am a university-trained rehabilitation counsellor and have been working with people with disabilities and injuries since 2007. During this time I have provided case management for people with severe and often comorbid conditions, together with psychosocial barriers, across Disability Employment and Youth Support Services, Workers Compensation, Motor Accident Schemes, Life Insurance/Income Protection and Veterans Affairs.
I have experience working with people with acquired brain injury, spinal cord injury, mental health conditions, developmental and intellectual disability, sensory disability, neurological conditions and more.
I work from a capacity-building, strengths-based case management model that involves a holistic biopsychosocial, solution-focused approach embedded with social justice principles. I practice Unconditional Positive Regard with all participants and work to build individual capacity through identification and implementation of internal and external resources."
