YouCare Disability Services are dedicated to providing quality person centred supports to participants in the community with our skilled team of Support Workers who are specifically trained in all levels of participant care.
About us
YouCare Disability Services provides critical supports to individuals of all ages and disability types within the community. We have extensive experience working with spinal cord injuries and brain injuries providing specific and individualised training to our dedicated team of support workers. Our support workers are trained by a Registered Nurse in different areas of disability that are inclusive of theoretical, practical, and onsite components.
We provide supports such as:
- assistance with self-care
- complex care
- community participation
- sleepovers
- domestic services
- Registered Nursing.
We use a person-centred and collaborative approach with all of our participants to ensure they are receiving supports that are specific to their individual needs whilst choice and control is continually maintained.
We are currently servicing areas of the North Shore, Upper North Shore, Inner West, North West, Northern Beaches, North Sydney, and the Central Coast. We are more than happy to recruit and build teams in Sydney outside of these areas that meets a participants needs.
We have a devoted and skilled team of office staff who all have prior experience assisting individuals with disabilities in the community which enables them to provide unique and ongoing support to our participants and Support Workers. A member of our team is always contactable for any urgent service needs outside of standard operating business hours.
