We have worked closely with service users/ participants, families, nurses/healthcare workers, our director of nursing and clinical care coordinator to coordinate personalised care plans that promote quality and safe care, recovery, and quality of life. We have a Wound Care Nurse Practitioner and Palliative Care CNC as clinical governance to ensure the best practice for the clients. Our approach is person-centred, making sure that each person receives the right support tailored to their goals and needs.

Our experienced RNs, ENs, and Support Workers provide dedicated clinical and attendant care for Icare participants, ensuring high-quality, person-centred support tailored to individual needs.
