About My Guardian
My Guardian is an approved Aged Care Provider and Registered NDIS Provider specialising in delivering personalised, quality care to people of all ages and abilities. What once started off as a volunteer organisation, one person helping another, the directors of My Guardian found their calling; to help others on a larger scale and create a service that offers unique, personalised and compassionate care and support. My Guardian has been been assisting our clients to remain independent within their home and achieve their goals since 2015.
Delivering compassionate, loving care is at the forefront of everything we do. No service is too great or small. My Guardian is experienced in delivering services including but not limited to personal care, domestic assistance, meal preparation, home maintenance, transportation, clinical care, community access, social support and allied health. Our care team includes highly skilled and qualified home care workers, AIN’s, enrolled nurses, registered nurses and allied health professionals which are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver any service required. In addition, My Guardian has extensive experience in delivering care for high/complex needs clients and ensures quality is never compromised.
At My Guardian, we have a dedicated clinical team of qualified Registered Nurses who are ready to assist our clients every step of the way. Our clinical team perform individual assessments and have a strong clinical governance framework in place to ensure exceptional clinical outcomes are achieved for our clients with a high quality standard.
