Who is HCS?

Holistic Care Solutions (HCS) is a specialist ACIS accredited and NDIS registered provider of high-quality in-home care. With the in-house support of our fellow nursing team, Holistic Nursing Solutions (HNS) we specialise in hi-intensity and complex care and have a highly educated and skilled team.

Our mission: Providing individualised care solutions that enable people to remain in their home and community and achieve their goals. 

Our team and approach

We take a holistic, and person-centred approach when working with our clients to ensure individualised care. The HCS team is caring and committed to the individual needs, choices, beliefs, and cultures of those we support.

Our team is led by a highly experienced and compassionate Care Services Manager. Our team of  full-time, part-time, and casual team leaders and care workers hold a Minimum Cert III qualification, with many studying nursing. The HCS team delivers high-quality care across NSW and QLD.

Physical assistance

The HCS team provide physical, hands-on direct ‘daily living services’ for people with the following injuries or illnesses:

  • spinal cord injury
  • brain injury
  • multiple amputations
  • other injuries and illnesses
  • genetic conditions, diseases and disorders
  • chronic conditions.

High level support

For participants with high clinical/complex health care needs we are able to provide nursing services with our highly skilled, gold-standard nursing team.

Our clinicians can provide highly skilled clinical services including:

  • continence and catheter management
  • complex bowel management
  • medication management
  • wound care
  • advanced wound management
  • enteral feeding and management
  • advanced airway and suctioning
  • ventilator care and management
  • brain and spinal injury management
  • dysphagia screening and implementation of mealtime management plans with support from allied health.

Working together to get the best outcomes

Our team engages with clients regularly through phone check-ins, home visits and case conferences. We pride ourselves in collaborating with others e.g. care coordinators, plan managers, OTs, fellow providers, clinical teams and individuals to ensure a cohesive delivery of service. We believe in regular communication and consultation to uphold our commitment to clients' choice and control.
