About Community Connections Australia
Community Connections Australia (CCA) provides a range of support services to people living with all types and degrees of disability, which enables every person to live independently in their own home, to actively participate in their chosen activities and most importantly, to achieve their own dreams and aspirations. We are registered to provide services through NDIS, Disability Support for Older Australians (DSOA), ICARE, and other insurance schemes.
Additional Services:
CCA offers a range of Hub based activities, including: technology and business skills; work readiness; and community participation programs. These are offered at our Parramatta office or with the person in their home/community setting during normal business hours. We also run summer Holiday Programs within the Sydney area and short supported Holiday travel to a range of locations.
In-home Supports:
Cooking; cleaning; shopping; personal care; attending health & medical appointments and other everyday tasks.
