How to access your monthly Cost of Claims report
Follow this step-by-step guide to set up Syncplicity account and securley receive your monthly report from icare.
This is the only way to receive your monthly Cost of Claims report from icare.
Check your email
You’ll receive an email from no-reply@syncplicity.com with the subject: 'A file has been shared with you by WI Reporting’.
icare uses Syncplicity to securely share your Cost of Claims report. Click the link in the email to begin.
Accessing your Syncplicity account
You will need to create an account with Syncplicity.
New users: Click the link in your email to sign up for a free Syncplicity account.
Existing users: Click the link in the email and enter your login credentials. More details here
For new users only: complete your account setup
Fill in the form.
- Click the link in the email
- Choose EU Cloud Storage
- Fill in your details and accepts the terms
- Confirm your email via the verification link
- Login in to complete your account setup.
Receive and download your report
Log in to download your report shared by icare.
- Go to Shared Links > Received in the left-hand menu
- Look for the latest report from icare@syncplicity.com
- Tick the file checkbox, click Download
Note: Tick the box to ensure your file is selected. Once you have selected the report you want to view, click download
