OUR STAFF

All staff receive induction training, educational support and client management assistance to ensure they deliver optimal care to our core group of clients ie. Spinal Cord and Acquired Brain Injury, Disability and Aged Care We undertake background checks, police checks and professional registration checks as an essential part of our pre-employment screening of all staff.

Our staff skill mix covers all care requirements for disability, Spinal cord injury, Acquired Brain injury and elder care. Services cover personal care, respite and overnight care, complex care wound care, continence care, catheter care, colostomy care, tracheostomy care, medication administration, cleaning, nutritional assistance and health assessments. Our Registered Nurses assess and oversee all service delivery.
