About One Dream Community
At One Dream Community Care Service (ODC), our goal is to help people achieve greater independence and wellbeing. We provide support to people of all ages living with various disabilities, ranging from occasional assistance to 24-hour care.
Our services are tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual and enable them to live as independently as possible. Whether it's a drop-in support or a more structured and regular arrangement, we strive to provide the necessary support to help people achieve their goals.
ODC is a registered service provider for the National Disability Insurance Scheme, National Injury Insurance Scheme (QLD), and icare (NSW).
Our main objective is to promote social inclusion, equality, and purpose for people living with disabilities throughout Queensland, New South Wales, and Victoria. We strive to create meaningful connections and provide a range of services that cater to the unique needs of each individual.
ODC attendant service
We offer 24/7 support services that include complex care requirements- High clinical needs, personal care, in-home respite, nursing services, overnight support, meal preparation, domestic assistance, transportation to appointments, cognitive and behavioural support, medication supervision, and nursing services.
Qualified and dedicated staff
Our highly qualified and experienced RN and Support workers are dedicated to providing holistic and meaningful supports that cater to the unique needs and preferences of each individual. We are committed to ensuring that people with complex care needs can live their lives with independence, dignity, and purpose.
