Nextt Dolleina is a nationally-renowned leader at the forefront of self-directed support. We have expertise in spinal cord injury, acquired brain injury, autism and cognitive disabilities and provide support across the eastern seaboard of Australia.  

We have a team of fully-qualified clinical staff that are specifically trained to support icare participants. We employ staff that are culturally-sensitive to participants needs and train them in specified areas of work.

Our support model is proven and effective. To move away from a traditional model of care, we now lead programs and individualised services that help participants to meet their goals and become more independent. In consultation with the participant we collaboratively design a support plan within their funding to include bathing, meal preparation, laundry, dressing, transport, housework, temporary in-home respite, home maintenance, community participation and social activities.
