H1 is an experienced Attendant Care Provider delivering complex attendant care programs working with participants requiring clinically high care in NSW, ACT, QLD, SA and VIC.

We have a clinical support team and the clinical structure to support the diverse needs of the icare panel participant make up.

H1 staff are experienced in the triage of discharging complex care provision out of major rehabilitation hospitals across NSW, ACT, QLD, SA and VIC.

H1 Nursing Teams oversee the provision of these programs as well as the ongoing review of these programs. Ability to deliver services unlike many others in our industry, we operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days of the year. We do this because we know that healthcare never stops, and particularly in the current environment of unplanned absences, we know we need to always be available to support our clients. We regularly fill roles over weekend or in the early hours of the morning.

H1 Healthcare uses and embraces technology to improve cost efficiency for our clients and response times for filling shifts. We can make a roster available to our entire (or selected) workforce within minutes of it being sent to us. Our staff can quickly and easily review the roster and accept shifts within minutes. This means that we can then use our staff resources to work in a much more targeted manner to fill more challenging shifts or shifts that are not immediately filled.

This platform also provides excellent reporting functionality to help us monitor and manage KPIs and performance metrics.

We also use Salesforce as a CRM to further streamline our processes and to automate routine tasks, again allowing our staff to direct their time and energy into complex issues to help our clients obtain the staff they need, when they need them. Utilising Salesforce also means we can lockdown a participant’s profile to only the clinical care team ensuring the privacy and confidentiality of a participant.
