ENA Healthcare was established in 2004, due to an overwhelming demand for staffing solutions in the health and disability sectors. Our workforce includes more than 850 nurses and support workers on our database, with our recruitment team continuously hiring to expand on our expertise.

We have provided staff for delivering home care services to older people and people with a disability across Sydney for many of Australia’s largest Health and Aged Care providers. With almost two decades of experience, and a great depth of skills and expertise across our employees, we have an excellent understanding of the services and care requirements.   

ENA Healthcare is currently an accredited provider for the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) offering services to participants and their families.  Our classes of support include - High Intensity Daily Personal Activities, assistance with daily personal activities, assistance with travel/transport arrangements, Community Nursing care, household tasks and participation in community, social and civic activities.

Our support team is available 24/7; with nominated staff on-call Monday to Sunday. All enquiries regarding service changes, cancellations, staff delivery and support are promptly answered and actioned accordingly. To allow for continuity, rosters are pre-allocated one month in advance to plan for any short comings that may occur. Services are coordinated depending on the requirements of the client, ranging from 2 hours to 24 hours. Services that require multiple staff at the one time or consecutively are planned in advance.

Our continuity of care is second-to-none, with significant depth of professional development training offered to staff depending on care requirements. We also place an emphasis on safe care and work environments, ensuring efficient operations and quality improvement are at the forefront. We currently hold an ISO90001 accreditation which demonstrates our constant pursuit at delivering excellence and ensuring our processes are modern and as seamless as possible.

ENA Healthcare’s infrastructure is highly reliable, with our online management system, Visualcare; which enables us to conduct incident reports, risk assessments, support plans, progress notes, and facilitates us to communicate with all stakeholders in a prompt manner. This also allows for live accurate information from which we make our management decisions.
