Through our Dust Diseases Care screening clinic in Pitt Street Sydney and Mobile Lung Bus, we see many workers who work with crystalline silica. Many of these workers come from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds where English is not their first language.

We have developed a silica fact sheet to provide these workers with information about silica, including details on health monitoring (lung screening). The fact sheet is now available in Arabic, Chinese (Traditional), Chinese (Simplified), Korean and Vietnamese. These languages have been identified as key languages of the workers who visit icare Dust Diseases Care for screening. This information is also provided in English.
