icare team ready to support customers and communities impacted by NSW bushfires

icare is available to help customers arrange alternative treatment and care options.

icare’s thoughts are with our firefighters, volunteers and other emergency personnel, families and communities affected by the widespread, devastating fires currently burning across NSW.

We appreciate this is a difficult time for many of our customers and we are here to help.

We understand that a number of service providers in the worst-affected areas are currently unable to provide treatment and care to our Workers Insurance and care customers due to fire damage to premises, evacuation orders and road closures.

Service providers potentially impacted include GPs and treating doctors, physiotherapists, psychologists, exercise physiologists, and more. We know that obtaining medical certificates and ongoing treatment in these communities will be a concern for some time as impacted service providers coordinate resources and manage their return to business as usual.

Our immediate priority is to help impacted customers arrange alternative treatment and care options.
