icare’s Care and Service Excellence (CASE) Awards recognise industry excellence in service delivery in injury management and broker engagement within icare’s Nominal Insurer and Treasury Managed Fund (TMF) NSW workers compensation insurance schemes.
“It’s fantastic once again to kick off this year’s CASE Awards. The awards are one of the important ways icare works with its scheme agents and brokers to ensure injured workers impacted by a workplace injury receive a world-class standard of service,” Mr Bhatia said.
“Last’s year’s winners demonstrate how far the industry has come in improving customer care and treatment to create a better experience for injured workers.
“This also shows how our scheme agents and brokers are imperative to ensuring great customer outcomes, and the awards are proof that scheme agent performance in delivering customer care has improved,” he said.
icare’s CASE Awards include seven categories and will grant one individual award per category, including:
Nominal Insurer (NI) and TMF Awards:
1. Outstanding New Starter
2. Outstanding Contribution by a Team
3. Contribution by an Individual
4. Excellence and Innovation in Injury Management
5. Excellence in Improving Client Performance

6. Service to icare Workers Insurance

“I encourage all case managers and scheme agents to stand up and be recognised by entering this year’s awards and I look forward to seeing this year’s entries from our best performers in case management’, Mr Bhatia said.
