About Vanessa

"Throughout my career I have been fortunate enough to have worked across Victoria, Queensland and New South Wales. I hold a masters degree from Deakin University and have practised across numerous government roles, hospitals, and most recently private practice settings. I have worked as an occupational therapist since 2008, and I have had the privilege to practice as a case manager with Lifetime Care since 2015.

As head clinician and occupational therapist with Back on Track Health Solutions, I am proud of the wealth of experience, knowledge and passion which we utilise to bring out the best in our clients. Our infectious enthusiasm and passion for occupational therapy and case management is contagious amongst those who work with us. I personally specialise in working with teenagers and adults to realise their goals through addressing their concerns with both physical and mental health. 

Growing up in country Victoria, I have a love of animals and understand how small towns work, and life in the bush. I am partial to a good sale at the shops, I enjoy tennis, and creative pursuits such as painting and gardening."
