About Gemma

"I have been an occupational therapist since 1999, working in both hospital and community settings. I have extensive experience providing either occupational therapy or case management services to people with complex injuries including brain injury, orthopaedic injury and amputations. I also have experience working with participants with complex behaviours, mental health conditions and sensory disabilities (hearing and/or vision loss). 

I have a caring personality and an understanding of the impact that a catastrophic injury has on a participant and their family. I strongly believe that excellent communication with all team members, including the participant and their family, is essential in my role as a case manager.  

I am organised, reliable and approachable, and I enjoy working with participants to assist them to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life."
